We have standard elliptical heads(2:1 elliptical head), 10% torispherical headsand other molds. Please use two different shapes of heads according to the design of the equipment, the conditions of use, and this is beneficial to quality and cost management. Especially for atmospheric containers such as food, pharmaceuticals, water treatment and underground storage tanks, we recommend the use of 10% torispherical headmade by cold stamping or spinning.

The advantage:

1. If the overall length of the equipment has been specified, the use of 10% torispherical headwill increase the capacity compared to the standard elliptical head.

2. Because the curved surface of the 10% torispherical headis smoother than the 2:1 elliptical head, it is easy to install fixed plates and brackets on the head, and the work efficiency is high.

3. Because the 10% torispherical headhas a lower degree of processing than the standard elliptical head, the forming quality of the large-diameter 10% torispherical thin-walled headis good and the appearance is nice.

4. If it is the same inner diameter and the same thickness of the head, 10% torispherical headis smaller than the standard elliptical head, the material size is smaller, which can save material.
